A stunning mid-century Miami Beach mansion once owned by beloved music icon Cher has sold for $17 million.
The home, at 64 La Gorce Circle, first went on the market for $22 million last August.
The estate, which sits on 0.68 acres in La Gorce’s guarded and gated community, features palm trees and a sprawling, three-story Spanish style villa filled with archways courtyards and fountains that optimize the concept of indoor/outdoor entertaining.
The home itself is 11,406 square feet and features six bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms — along with an office, media room, game room, bar and gym.
The eclectic furnishings, with a fun, bold use of color, come from Liagre.
There’s also a lap pool, a spa, a private dock and 158 feet of water frontage with ocean access.
The buyer, we hear, is a local Miami family.
